Hi,
Will you able to sense the affected part ? for eg pain, touch, hot or cold in that particular region.
Is the size of the swelling is increasing gradually?
It may be a dermatoma. better to consult a general physician or dermatologist for initial assessment.they will guide you for further procedure.
No problem if other complain as pain stiffness then you can apply ice therapy and decreased range you can apply stretching exercise and range of motion exercises
Its nothing to worry about the swelling.
If hou have pain then can suggest fir better treatment optikns, but you dont have any symptoms of soft tissues or bone issues, i would like to suggest you to do shoulder and neck stretching exercises.
Through shoulder exercises the swelling will be reduced and also apply hot pack twice a day, this will also help in reducing swelling.
It can be because of other tissue abnormality as x-rays shows only bones.you should get it assessed as there are many factors in assessment to reach to a diagnosis
Next Steps
early assessment will have faster recovery
