Left Chest tightness as well on hand
From the last 4 days I feel uneasiness in left chest as well in hand. I m taking regular bp medicine.
Presently taking :- starpress XL 50 morning and eve and Sartal C 40/12.5 in morning
Previously 4 month back in test my triglycerides are also increased 265. Cholesterol ranges are in limit.
Whenever I take alcohal on next day feel light pain and uneasiness in left chest. Why its happen..
What medicine to take when feel chest pain and uneasiness. Kindly advice pls
My BP is in normal range ...

You should have BP monitoring device at home to have a record of BP and visit the treating physician with the same record.
You should get an ECG done for further evaluation.
No need to panic
