My left chest is more than right chest accompanied with pricking ,itching and stabbing pain for an instant which goes in a while itself ,and twitching occurs if I do physical activity with hands .I have past of rheumatic fever .what to do??is it costochondritis

Hello, this pain can be anginal pain since it's left sided stabbing and aggravated with physical activity. You need to consult your physician or Cardiologist to get some tests done and to rule out the problem. I would advice you to take this problem very Seriously and avoid any self medication.
