This is probably buccal space infection which is caused by spread of infection from either any of the tooth or the gums beyond the confines of the oral cavity. A proper clinical evaluation will help us to find out the origin of this infection and the treatment can be suggested after that diagnosis only.
Dissemination of infection is serious and you should not wait for it to spread further.

Please visit your nearby dentist to rule out the exact cause. Sometimes it may be because of your wisdom teeth coming out or some infection in that area. Sometimes it may be because of some other tooth having deep cavity which would have got infected. It is impossible to just give you medicine without having a look at it.
