Left breast pain
I was suffering from left breast pain that radiates to armpit and went to the doctor and she said there is galactorrhea present you do prl level and it was normal after that the nipple dicharge became clear and unilateral and stopped ...but I was having so much of pain so I did an USG (reports attached) please see if it is okay...I am on antibiotics but condition is getting worse...there is no fever no visible changes...what to do next ? Please suggest...

Ultrasound is suggestive of infection if there is no improvement after antibiotics you would require incision and drainage of the pus

It is simple cyst only. No need to worry for it Continue taking antibiotics. But if there is no relief you should get a repeat consultation done
