Left arm pain
I'm having left hand pain from yesterday. I've tested low Vitamin D3 (9.7 ng/L) last month . I'm taking 60000iu vit d3 tablet every weak . Is the arm pain due to low deficiency of Vitamin d3 ( ecg n echo was normal last month n  I've stopped taking antidepressants (nexito) last month. )

Your vit D3 levels are quite low, continue taking Vit D every week ! But left hand pain can be due to something else .. have to assess and need more details !

May be because of wrong sleeping position. Don't worry it will be fine. Can use diclofenac gel or spray.
