There is a documented relationship between anxiety and heart symptoms. One common manifestation of anxiety is an increased heart rate, known as heart palpitations. These can manifest as a racing, pounding, or fluttering sensation in the chest . Research indicates that anxiety disorders and heart disease can be mutually causative. I would recommend you to have a consultation. Because if we see them in the long term then , Anxiety has been associated with several heart disorders and cardiac risk factors. These include rapid heart rate (tachycardia), which can interfere with normal heart function and increase the risk of sudden cardiac arrest; increased blood pressure, which can lead to coronary disease, weakening of the heart muscle, and heart failure if chronic; and decreased heart rate variability, which may result in a higher incidence of death after an acute heart attack . There is nothing to worry about but we should work on your anxiety issue , so that we can control the risks and have a better outcome.
