  3. Left arm and fingers pain. Spondylosis.

Left arm and fingers pain
Regularly i am feelingvpain in my left arm and fingers..tingling in finhers and chest left side...home through all cardicts test like ecg echo, tmt for every 30 days from 4 famous hospitals all are clear, all doctors confirmed not a cardict issue...my family doctor said it's pinched nerve or cervical spondylosis. .

It's look like neural tightness and neural mobility issues. Please visit a physiotherapist to rule out neural tightness and start neural mobility exercise. You may also need tendon glide exercise, nerve glide exercise, shoulder muscles tone exercise
