Lean and under weight
I m 21yr old and i have 5.8" height though my weight is only 53kgs please suggest me to gain some weight and to become fit thank you

Hi you can increase your body weight by having protein rich diet like beans, legumes ,eggs meat ,milk ,soy ,yogurt,  lentils , peas,  seeds and nuts ... with regular exercise... Donot take cholesterol or fat rich diet although it increases body weight doesn't keep you fit...
