Ldl cholesterol
My ldl cholesterol level is 153,hdl is 43,total cholesterol level is 215,post covid i had a excess weight gain so done a random check and found ldl and total cholesterol is on higher side,my doc told to concentrate and be on proper diet,my question here, is peanut good for cholesterol?can i have it or should i avoid it?Also please suggest which food i can eat to reduce the ldl cholesterol.thank you
