It seems to be warning signs of Post partum depression, PPD. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Your body undergoes lots of ups and downs during pregnancy and very much after delivery as well. This happens for both mental and physical health. Take rest whenever possible and understand your body is recovering for better. You don't want to push yourself on lots of things, try addressing one thing at a time. Seek for professional help and under guidance you can be involved in some mindfulness activities. Therapists/counselors can help you change negative thoughts into positive ones. You will eventually start accepting a lot of things happening around and handle things in a better way. Wish you and your family better health

Hi, thank you for your query. I think it's completely OK to feel sometimes not positive and it may also be because you have just delivered a baby. It could be some sort of postpartum crisis, which is completely treatable. Take counselling and therapy, you should have regular sessions. You should be committed to the therapy and I'm sure it will be very beneficial for you. You can contact any psychologist for the same. I'll be happy to help you. All the best.

Rebuilding optimism after a phase of postpartum pessimism and inertia involves embracing intentional strategies. Begin by cultivating gratitude through daily journaling, focusing on positive elements in your life. Set achievable goals to regain a sense of accomplishment and boost self-esteem. Incorporate positive affirmations to counter negative thoughts and foster a more optimistic mindset. Cultivate a support system through social connections, sharing your feelings with friends or participating in support groups. Prioritize self-care with a consistent routine that addresses both physical and mental well-being. Incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices to stay present and alleviate anxiety. Seeking professional help, such as counseling or therapy, can provide tailored support and coping mechanisms. Patience and self-compassion are key as you embark on this journey toward renewed optimism.

Hello, There is a possibility you might have had depression like features post delivery which could have caused negative thinking patterns. Also, having a baby comes with a lot of responsibilities and due to so much burden you might feel laziness. Sometimes too much negative thoughts can also cause laziness. I would recommend starting to challenge your thoughts, ask yourself "is this for real?", "What evidence do I have?", "Am I assuming it", etc..
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist to start with therapy sessions. Which will restructure your negative patterns into positive ones.
Health Tips
Start with basic self-care activities. Do not ignore what you like.
