M suffering from lax hiatal opening,sliding hiatus hernia,b/d reflux esophagitis Here are my endoscopy report do i require surgery for treatment or it can be solved by medications m taking pantocide dsr tablet

Get Upper GI barium study and let me know, till than have small feeds, raise head end of your bed, do not lie down just after meals, have early dinner. Continue Symptomatic treatment as advised by your physician
