Lattice hole
As I have a lattice hole in my both eyes and now I have undergone barrage laser. I want to ask if I would able to continue with my gym and can I do swimming in summers?

A barrage laser is a form of laser which seals weaker areas of the retina.
Performing valsalva manoeuvres such as extreme weight lifting would be better avoided. Swimming should not be a concern. Consult yor eye doctor again before either to ensure the laser marka have scarred and there are no other weak areas or lattices in your retina.
