Latrine failure and constipation
I am constipated since 2 days and latrine is not coming. It only comes like water, but the stomach is not getting clean by opening. I am going to latrine again and again, only watery potty comes. Stomach is heavy. What should I do, which medicine will help.
. please suggest any good medicine which help my stomach clean..

Avoid coffee,tea and carbonated beverages
Regular time meals and don't skip meals
Avoid fatty ,spicy and oily foods
Drink plenty of water atleast 2L per day
