Latose Intolerance
My baby is 3 months old  (exclusively breast fed)and he is passing green stool 2-3 times a day in little quantity especially when he feeds. He is active ,urinating well and even passes yellow stool daily in addition to greeny once.Does this means lactose Intolerant? If so how to get my kid recovered without introducing lactose free formula?

No it’s perfectly normal. Colour of stool depends on transit time of food in gut. If baby is passing frequent stools it will be green. Normal babies pass 8-10 stools per day and mostly just after feeds. Normal frequency of motion for babies is once in 3-5 days to 10-15 times in a day. Your baby is perfectly normal. Continue exclusive breastfeed but give Vit D 3 supplementation (400IU / day)
