Lateral mellecouls fracture and sprain
Lateral malleolus fracture and ATFL sprain due to right ankle twisted at home on December 5, 2023. Symptoms - swelling and pain while putting weight. X-ray - December 5. Cast given. Repeated x-ray after 2 weeks i.e Dec 19. Next follow-up after 15 days. Doctor diagnosis - fracture and sprain. Adviced - immobilised leg Attached - X Ray - 5th and 19th December 2023. Q1 - Analysis of two x-rays Q2 - Total recovery time Q3 - Line of treatment after removing the cast Q4 - Severity of injury.

Yes ,continue slab for total 4 weeks.u should not bear weight on injured limb,but can do knee physiotherapy.

1. I don't find fracture in 2 nd image. 2. If there is ANY  hairline fracture,it would take 2-4 weeks to heal 3. After REMOVING THE CAST , START PHYSIOTHERAPY ANKLE RANEG OF MOVEMENTS AND START WALKING 4.MINOR INJURY
