Late periods
Hey. So my friend is having late periods. Her cycle is of 30-31 days. And she had her last period on 1st October. The thing is that she had oral sex with her boyfriend but did not have sex. Although I have explained to her that oral sex does not cause pregnancy and no way is she pregnant, however she will be only sure if the doctor says so. Lately, she had been stressing over it as well and I told her it could be because of her stress she is having late periods. She took some online pregnancy tests to see if the symptoms match but none did except mood swings a bit. Hence, please do let me know the reason for this late period so that she can relax a bit. Thank you.

Hi there I understand your concern...ovulation does not occur regularly due to various reasons, the body does not send signals to the uterus to regulate menstruation. Stress may be the reason in your friend case.. jet lag, lack of sleep and too much exercise can disrupt your hormonal balance and cause a change in her usual menstrual cycle.
