Late period only spotting on 36th day..
I had regular periods and this time as we planned for pregnancy i waited for periods but today is 36th day no period..light spotting was there..at some time in a day ystrday and today..i have done a preg test today aftrn but result was negative..i felt some diziness or nausea 2 days back but now i dont understand whether i missed my pregnancy or its just a late period...my age is 34 and recently last nov i had undergone laproscopic adenomyoctomy for adenomyosis problem..now my situation is period didnt start nor its a negative in test..what should i do nw..plz help me..if u can with ur suggestion..instead of asking for consulation

If generally your cycles r irregular and pregnancy test us negative, u r not pregnant.u may Wait for 10 days ,repeat urine test ,if still not positive, no periods,see a  gyne doctor.adenomyosis patient needs special care
