Late/Missed Period
I got my last period on 7th March and had unprotected sex on 16th March, took an ipill within 24-30 hrs
I had spotting on 25th to 27th March
I was expecting my period on 3rd April but I haven’t got it yet (today is 12th April)
I took a upt on 10th April which came out negative
Although since yesterday night I’ve been feeling extremely nauseous and my head has been spinning
Could this be effect of the pill?

You might have had ectopic pregnancy which can dangerous. So please get an urgent sonography done. Ipill is not 100% effective
