Late menstrual cycle
I've been late of my menstrual cycle for 70 days now . I've spotted a couple of times nothing major. I've taken 4pregnancy test all were negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Get an ultrasound done, pregnancy and any other issue related to no periods will be clear,as most likely u could be having PCOs etc .
