Type of laser depends on many parameters like corneal topography and thickness as evaluated by pentacam
Kindly get pentacam test done and share the report

True...with this type of refractive error mostly cornea have good thikness. After evalution u may choose lasik surgery with wavefront (by blade/by laser)
