Large Yolk sac but FHR is strong
I am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant and in my 6th week scan, Dr noticed a large yolk sac (around 8mm) but was able to see a strong FHR. We followed it up with another vaginal scan today and the yolk sac is still big but FHR continues to be good along with baby growth on track. Have been taking Aqsusten 50mg inj once every 3 days since pregnancy confirmation and Doc has suggested taking HCG 5000mg injection from Wk7-10. Is the large yolk sac a concern leading to miscarriage inspite of having seen FHR? I am currently advised to be on bed rest with no travel. Can anything be done to reduce the large yolk sac? This is a pregnancy via IVF.
