Go to your nearby dermatologist and asked about MDA treatment. It will also reduce pores and also gives glow to skin. And it is a economic procedure. Don't ever asked about change colour of skin, it's not possible at all. Some fairness creams are available in market but they are very dangerous...so don't use it.
