Large pimples on back

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Sir on my back I have pimples from 1 year.it is from upper back and near the back shoulder area. It is of large numbers. And the size is also large. They are same as it is from 1 year. Please provide me the natural way to get completely remove this pimples. And sir this is free question so please reply me freely bcoz I am not capable to pay fee to any doctor.
