I Have many open pores in my face. I just want to know, is there any permanent solution for this issue ?

Open pores on face are a structural damage on skin. They cannot be corrected by creams. Microneedling radio frequency surgery- multiple sessions are needed. Consult a dermatologist who has that technology at his centre.
