Large open pores and textured skin

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have large open pores which are very much visible even at a distance. Because of this my skin looks textured and my foundation just doesn't sit on my skin properly. Also, my skin is oily and I keep getting acne every now and then which leave a tiny red mark when they go away. Also, I have rosacea because of which my skin becomes all red. These are all of my skin concerns but mainly I wanna get rid of large pores. Is there any way to minimise them and to smoothen out the texture of my skin?
