Large lump under tongue bottom of mouth
About a week ago I noticed that I had a hard lump under my tongue on the bottom of my mouth. It caused my front tooth to hurt majorly. It has not went away and yesterday it expanded more and my tooth is so sore.

Since your giving a history of expansion in size kindly visit a dentist near by you as soon as possible and without examining clinical and without seeing the picture it's difficult to comment

Consult a dentist immediately..maybe an dento alveolar abscess..unless i examine, cannot give a definitive diagnosis...
