Hello Sir/Mam i want to know which treatment will be best & safest possible for clival meningioma problem lesson is 48*42*21 mm big... is Nero endoscopy nasal surgery better & safest or open skull surgery .. My mother has this problem her age is 58 .... Thanks in Advance
