Found meningioma in MRI
My father went through MRI of Brain. Finding: enhancing extra-axial mass lesion involving the left frontal convexity,suggestive of a meningioma .Contiguous infiltration of the adjacant duration and left frontal bone is noted. Please suggest for treatment options..my father don't want to go under surgical treatment..

Hi small and asymptomatic tumours doesn’t need any intervention… observation would be enough… but if symptomatic there are two options… one is surgery i.e removal of tumour and other is external beam radiation therapy for   tumors located away from critical structures…
