My father went through MRI of Brain. Finding: enhancing extra-axial mass lesion involving the left frontal convexity, suggestive of a meningioma .Contiguous infiltration of the adjacant duration and left frontal bone is noted. Please suggest for treatment options..my father don't want to go under surgical treatment..
