Land Hand Shakes & Slowness in Movement
My father's Left hand shakes and slowness and numbness in left side and swolleing on legs, doctor advsied to go for MRI Brain Plain with Angio, here are the impression. Can u please advise. 1) MRI brain reveals chronic small vessel ischemic changes in periventricular deep white matter of both fronto-parietal lobes, in bilateral centrum semiovale and in subcortical deep white matter of left frontal lobe 2) Mild Cerebral and Cerebellar atrophy 3) Moderate atrophy of rigth hippocampus with prominent rigth choroid fissure and temporal horn. No obvious increased signal on FLAIR Images. 4) MR Angio Reveals no significant abnormality. Rigth now he is on below treatment Tab Syndopa 110 3 times a day Tab Bio homin once Tab ecosprin av 150/20 once Tab citanil 10 for Bp once Please advise

Most likely treating for Parkinson’s disease. If no improvement with medication then go for DBS.
