Lactose intolerance
My Lo is 6 months old .My baby had a blood streaks for 1.5 months . Not sure because of CMPA or lactose intolerance. I was on diet dairy free diet for 2 months .exclusively breastfeeding. Now for past 1 month I started challenging my child by including one by one . Now she accepts everything and issue is not there . I have started solid .. can I give cerelac with milk content present ?

Instead of giving a challenge test on yourself, it's better to consult a doctor to confirm whether it is truly lactose intolerance or not.
Most often intolerance issues are self perceived by parents when infact children do not have any
So kindly consult a doctor once & discuss indetails to rule out any possible Intolerance issues before you start supplementary nutrition.
