My son is 6 months old, he has vsd . Doctor suggested lactodex hmf sachet to be mixed with breast milk 3 times a day. But my milk production is reduced . unable to get even 50ml per day. Is there any alternative for lactodex or shall I use any tablets for milk production

Lactodex sachet can be mixed with breast milk. If not enough output, then no point in giving it.
Use formula feed or alternative sources of milk.
No tablets work for milk production at 6 months of age.
