Lactation issue
I delivered twin babies but I have lactation issue. I have no breast milk. N baby don't suck . Both r completely dependent on powder milk . They r now 2 month old. Is powder mil ok for him or can I start cow milk . Because they have latrine issue Pls help

Cows milk is not recommended till 1 year of age due to allergy risk and other risks. Powder milk is ok. Normally weaning is started at 6 months. You can start a little early at 5 months
