Hello doctors, I am a mother of 6 weeks newborn . I am facing issues with lactation. From one breast milk flow is at quite high rate that my kid doesn't want to latch onto that breast while the other breast has low milk supply but my little one latches to that breast easily. First remove some milk from the one with heavy flow let it be soft enough. So baby can easily latch from that side also... Baby can not  latch from full breast... So it may happen..

At first you should consult a lactation expert and gynaecologist ,sometimes small swelling occurs in breast ducts known as mastitis, it might be a problem. In general basis try massaging knots in breast with your knuckles with mild pressure 30 strokes towards nipple . Also have good nutrition and fluids.
