The moment baby suck the nipple a stimuli go to brain to pituitary gland from there two harmone releases one is prolactin harmone which increases milk production and other is oxytocin harmone this releases milk from breast alveoli. If you have positive attitude milk will increase. As per baby demand. If you feed baby the baby with bottle, he will become lazy as for top milk he don't have to exert. If you give formula feed, he won't like to breastfeed 1taste has change 2he has to exert 3as no demand milk will decrease. So my advise feed frequently as per baby demand drink lots of water before breastfeeding and during breast feeding. Positive thoughts.
