I started taking alfalfa for the low milk supply for 10 days but I am not finding any difference. In the mornings my milk supply will be good but then by night it will be empty. I have attached my previous question regarding the same problem and I was suggested alfalfa and ricinus q but I have only tried alfalfa.

The 2 most important factors for good lactation are a good healthy balanced diet by you and regular suckling by the baby.
Some medicines may help, try cap lactare 2 caps thrice a day and tab perinorm twice a day, both for 15 days.
If effective, continue for atleast 3 months, otherwise stop and consider supplementing with top formula feed.
