Lack of initiative
I struggle to start new tasks, and even when I begin, I can't sustain my focus for long. I attempted to establish a daily schedule to keep me on track, and it worked initially but didn't last. To manage my tendency to lose track of time due to overthinking, I relied on timers. While working, I often feel a sense of incompleteness that triggers anxiety and hampers my concentration. This feeling of inadequacy leads to frequent distractions and unproductive thoughts, creating a frustrating cycle that resets each day. My genuine desire to complete tasks is hindered by distractions, and I find myself consumed by overthinking. Only tasks that genuinely interest me seem exempt from this. Additionally, I experience bouts of OCD that heighten my anxiety. Furthermore, social anxiety makes it challenging to communicate in gatherings, causing me to sweat heavily and experience mild stuttering.
