  4. Lack of breast milk. Take this tablet?

Lack of breast milk
Have 2.5 months old baby and only have milk supply when im taking ayurvedic tablet lactare (ttk product). Doc asked me to take just for 15days but when I stop it my milk is reduced.so I'm taking it continues 2 tabs a day. Is it healthy? Will it make any health prob for me and baby? In future? How long is it advisable to take this tablet?Or. Is there any other solution.i tried stopping it thrice but every time milk is getting reduced in single day.im forced to take the tabs.Baby is only breast fed no other foods.
