Hi, producing milk supply
I am a breastfeeding mother .iam not producing enough milk.I used to take lactare n lactonic n methi seeds also for milk supply ,but it is not increasing of milk production.some people suggest that domstal tablets will help in producing milk.. But its not, iam supposing to do all things that for production of milk..what should I do...

It is not possible that ur milk is less. A home test to assure u is try expressing milk anytime in the day from both breasts. If the milk is 30 ml then vthats normal because a baby doesn't drink more than 30 ml anytime
