Very low Breast milk
Hi my baby is 2 months old, I am having very low breast milk supply.Could any one suggest wat can be done to increase my breast milk supply?

Though its unfortunate but may be ur stress or disturbed sleep culprit, Get Abhyangham n add cow milk in ur diet with said AYURVEDIC medicines will nourish baby. Refreshing mind, supportive environment/ surrounding, balanced diet n a bit of warm up exercise will do.

Cap Lactare from TTK pharma 2 capsules 3 times a day for 10 - 15 days is known to give good results. Also along with that Satavarex powder 2 table spoon with a glass of milk twice a day for 3 months. This should probably help you with your issue. In case there is over production of milk after this, reduce the dose of both. Best of luck.

Take nutritious diet like fruits ,green vegetables,milk, milk products & pulses etc.take ur calcium supplement tabs twice daily.put ur baby on breastfeed every 2 hrs.take care of position of bsby during breastfeeding.if baby is not comfortable,it will not take milk.

Drink  lots of water.... Eat methi subji at least 2-3 times in a week eat aliv ladoo or khir... Take Dietician advice.. She will help you for diet.. Dont take stress
