Hi Dr Ashish sharma (pgdm sports and exercise new zealand) , According to your reports the extent of tear is not clear , other muscles appear normal . Would like to see the mri film and clinical assesment to be certain. Mild laberal tears do not require surgery and could be dealt with proper sports rehabilitation
This labral tear is 6 to 9 which can be healed in 15 sittings and with medicines.
If after a week of physical therapy no improvement then you must opt for surgery which is the only way to get tid of it.
Hello,
Your X-ray reports mention that you have a tear and the severity of the tear isn't mentioned. I would like to give you a suggestion to visit your physician and get a confirmation of the tear which shall give us a clear picture of whether to go with exercises or surgery.
Labral tear is 6-9 clock position and paralabral cyst is at 7 clock position this can be treated by orthopaedician and followed by physical therapy treatment.
