Hi Dr Ashish sharma (pgdm sports and exercise new zealand) , According to your reports the extent of tear is not clear , other muscles appear normal . Would like to see the mri film and clinical assesment to be certain. Mild laberal tears do not require surgery and could be dealt with proper sports rehabilitation

This labral tear is 6 to 9 which can be healed in 15 sittings and with medicines. If after a week of physical therapy no improvement then you must opt for surgery which is the only way to get tid of it.
