L5 Spine Problem - I Have Done Mri And It Seen In That Ther Is

L5 spine problem

I have done MRI and it seen in that ther is problem in L5 of spine so just want to check whether it can cure with the medicine or surgery. I visited to orthopedic and he said to do again MRI for L5 only for further diagnosis. Please suggest?
