I am having l4-5 disc slip,radiating pain in right leg and front thigh also,and buttock,unable to walk after some minute and backpain start when stand more ..reports says l4-5 slip disc,what to do please reply ,i need best surgeon please guide me,if you do surgery you will remove all disc or just outside part disc please reply i have attached my report also..
