L1 compression fracture
Sir i was diagnosed with L1 compression fracture on 2 weeks ago. I am on medications for the same and bed rest too. How lomg will it take to completely heal and i may be able to sit without a brace again??

Minimum 2 months rest. Wear a LS belt Take calcium supplements It will heal with time

4-6 week rest.. after that you can start mobilization

2-3 month rest and avoid weight lifting and forward bending. Use belt while walking
