I read that molutrex is OTC available in Europe for molluscum lesions, do we have something similar in India for molluscum? 5% potassium hydroxide solution?

Koh is not that effective, though used for kids where removal is not possible. It’s always better to get it removed as it spreads.

Hello 👋 Koh can be applied but it needs frequent followup which is not possible for everyone Extraction or removal is best option Sometimes cautery n laser can be done accordingly depending on the site n number
