U have not mentioned what medications ur currently taking. As per ur diagnosis and hospital discharge summary,she was evaluated well,I think she is on Antiplatelets and statins and also on ANTIEPILEPTICS which usually causes drowsiness and if statins are in high doses can cause myalgias ,so need to see detailly. Continue ca,VitD and mvi if you are taking.

Is the tiredness generalised fatigue or increased weakness of particular limb side. Generalized tiredness is vague and causes may include very long list from electrolyte disturbances , low sugar , anemia ( due to her iron deficiency) to worsening of her stroke
