Knot in my lower body

There is a knot i guess in my lower body near my pennis which is paining .not so much but due to this my pennis is not hardening .so what to do ??? Can this be recovered ???

Hi there...I can understand your concern. It would have been better if you had posted a photo of the lesion. The knot you are referring could be anything from simple furuncle, skin tag, lipoma, etc. So without detailed clinical examination it is very difficult to tell what you are describing. So kindly consult a nearby dermatologist for further evaluation.
