Pennis lower skin peeloff. And suggest!

Hi, I am married man. During sex with my wife 3 months ago my pennis lower skin peel off and lots of blood came. Some how after some days it again joined. But again its peel off, this is the third time. I am facing numerous problem as mentinoed below ;- 1. I even dont get properly sex with my wife due to peeled of skin. I cant insert my pennis to much inside because its get too much of pain while my foreskin gets strech back. 2. After getting this peel off situtaion i ejaculate soon. 3. It look like red skin like we our normal skin peel off. 4. I feel like burning sensation while having sex or when i pee. 5. It also dont get repair soon take 2-3 weeks to get the skin back. 6. Can i get again skin of foreskin without operation Please help and suggest
