Knee Twisted
My knee twisted while dancing around 3-4 weeks ago. I had an x ray done whose reports were normal. Doctor gave me pain killer for 5 days and there was some relief after that. I felt that Slowly the pain is going away but since last 3 days I feel it has increased. I'm not able to walk properly, there is always a pinch of pain that comes with every step that I take.
