Left leg knee twisted
Hi doctor, Last year I was played cricket, my left leg was twisted. I took MRI scan(attached for your reference). If I stand more time or run or climbing steps I will get pain.

Don't worry your issue is common after injury. It will cure completely with ayurveda. Advice. 1. Take 100ml sesmum oil + 20gm garlic, boil for 20 min. Apply 2 to 4 time a day, whenever you want to apply make it luke warm. 2. After that take warm water heat for 15 min. With towel. 3. Take light diet. 4. Do some exercise like slow movement of affected joint.
